(3) according to the resolution of the fifth meeting of the seventh board of directors held on June 25, 2019, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned limited company with a registered capital of RMB 500million in Tieshangang District, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The company name is Guangxi Sun Paper Co., Ltd. Guangxi Taiyang is invested by the company in cash, with a registered capital of RMB 500million, and the company owns 100% of the shares. Guangxi Sun Paper Co., Ltd. has obtained the business license issued by Beihai Tieshangang district market supervision administration on July 12, 2019

according to the company's development plan, Guangxi Taiyang plans to implement the "Forest Pulp paper integration project" in Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Beihai is an important node city of the "the Belt and Road". The investment project of Guangxi Sun Paper Co., Ltd. will be integrated and complementary with the Laos "Forest Pulp paper integration" project, which will help the company build a complete raw material supply system, realize enterprise transformation and upgrading, and improve the company's market competitiveness and sustainable development ability
